Welcome to the home of Stricken - Kilrogg. This guild was first formed back in TBC as a raiding guild, It raided through TBC into WotLK where it then became dorment, until now. The raid leader from back in the TBC days is back, along with some new friends! Our intentions are to turn this guild back into a good progression guild.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for all kinds of people to help make our guild more of a friendly and funny place to be. If your looking for a raid spot then please refer to the Recruitment section above to see if we are recruiting your class and spec, if that fails then give one of us a whisper in game and we can talk. We are looking for people who can get along with other people in a friendly environment while still maintaining a very "hardcore" style of raiding. However, we are looking for people who don't like raiding, people who just log on and look for achievements perhaps or PvP'ers. All players are welcome as long as you respect the other memebers and are friendly and helpful to everyone. For more info head over to the public forums.

What We Expect From Raiders.

In our raiders we expect a level of raid awareness that comes with raiding experiance. We also expect the players to be online and ready atleast 15 mins before the raid is due to start. We also expect raiders to have their appropriate buffs (Food, Flasks etc) ready for raid time. There is also a small list of addons that are listed in the Addons section of this website, some are recommended and some are recquired. We obviously take into consideration not everyone has PC's that can run NASA but we do expect PC's that can atleast run the core essential addons for raiding. What We Expect From Our Normal Members

We expect members that are able to have a laugh with others within the guild, but show a level of restraint so that people don't get insulted from anything that might have been said in banter. People also need to be able to take criticism from other members, for example: Your spec, gear, stats etc that may come from our raiders. Being helpful towards the other guildies is essential, you do people favors in wow and most will not forget, things like giving a guild member an item you could have sold through the auction house or trade channel for free or for a good discount, we do not like seeing people advertise in guild chat trying to sell items however (it will land you in trouble) or simply helping out with dungeons etc. The people who are friendly and outgoing with people but shows restraint on certain comments and are helpfull towards other members are the ones that will get opportunities to do other things with the guild in the future.

Site Features

To help you get started, here are just some of the features that you should make sure to try out. You can customize each of these features from your Control Panel.

Curse Raid Tracker (CRT)

• The CRT is designed to take the book keeping out of managing a loot system in a raid guild or group. Whether you use straight DKP, Zero Sum, Loot Council, or a variation, the CRT can manage attendance, point earnings and awards, loot drops, auctions, items won, and more.
• Also supports uploads from the popular EPGP addon.
• Wowstead integration provides a no-hassle way to display all CRT data on your guild site.
• The CRT can be downloaded and installed from Curse.com or through the Curse Client

Guild Recruitment

• Guild Recruitment is an extremely useful tool for advertising to visitors that you are looking for new members. In addition, if you enable recruitment, your guild will appear in the WowStead Guild Recruitment Tool, where users can easily find information about your recruiting needs.
• To enable recruitment, first make sure the the 'Guild Recruitment' module is enabled from the General Settings page of the Control Panel. After enabling the module, go to the Recruitment page of the Control Panel. You'll find this link in the 'Site Features' section. From this page simply check the 'Currently Recruiting' checkbox and click the 'Save' button.

Calendar

• To enable the calendar, first make sure the module is enabled from the General Settings page of the Control Panel. Then go to the Calendar page of the Control Panel.
• On this page, you can create new calendar events by selecting the 'New Events' button at the top of the page. You can also sync your guild calendar with a character's in-game calendar by using the WowArmory's calendar feed tool. To do so, simply follow the instructions below the calendar.

Customizing Your Site

Even though Wowstead requires very little initial setup, you are still given a number of powerful tools to personalize and customize your guild site.

Wowstead Content Management System (CMS)

The Wowstead CMS is an incredibly powerful tool that lets you create pages, posts, FAQs, galleries and other content for your site.

You can access the CMS by going to the control panel and accessing the control pages under "News & Media".

Layout, Theme & Widget Placement

• You can easily change your site's layout, theme and widget placement by going to the Customize Site page of the Control Page in the 'Site Configuration' section.

Guild Permissions and User Groups

To rename your guild ranks, simply go to the User Groups page of the control panel, in the 'Guild Management' section.

• Wowstead can detect the number of active ranks in your guild. The ranks are defaulted to Guild Master (Rank 0) and Rank 1 through Rank 9 - where Rank 1 is the highest and Rank 9 is the lowest. You can determine what site permissions a rank has using the Edit Permissions button to the right of a given rank. Users will be automatically granted site permissions based on the in-game rank of their character.
• You can create custom user groups using the "Create a new group" button in the upper right of the Custom User Groups section. Custom user groups can be used to assign privilege to guild members in addition to their rank-based automatic user group permissions.

Site Navigation

• You can edit your site's navigation menu by going to the Navigation page of the Control Panel, in the 'Site Configuration' section. Here, you can create and edit navigation links, or restrict them to certain guild ranks and create new links.
